China's forklift industry

After years of development, China's forklift industry has formed a market pattern of relative concentration and two-level differentiation in the industry. At present, there are over 170 registered member units in the Industrial Vehicle Branch of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association. In order to gain a share of the market, the core focus is to break down barriers in the forklift industry and achieve breakthrough development.

At present, there are the following industry barriers in the forklift industry:

Technical research and development barriers

In recent years, major manufacturers in the industry have increased their efforts to introduce advanced technologies from around the world. Through technology introduction, digestion, absorption, and re innovation, long-term experience accumulation and practical exploration have formed their own core technologies and research and development systems. The industry has a high threshold for technology research and development.

Scale effect barriers

Enterprises with larger production scales can establish deep cooperative relationships with suppliers, and on this basis, 

obtain the raw materials, spare parts, etc. required for production at lower prices, greatly reducing the cost of the 

enterprise. In addition, large-scale production has further improved the production efficiency of enterprises. Reducing

 costs, improving efficiency, ensuring cash flow, and consolidating the company's market leading position. Therefore, 

there are certain scale effect barriers in the forklift industry.

3. Sales channels and after-sales service barriers

The barriers in the forklift industry are reflected in both sales channels and after-sales service. Establishing a comprehensive

 after-sales service network not only requires a large amount of manpower and material resources for early investment, 

but also requires continuous post maintenance. In the short term, it is generally difficult to meet market demand, and 

there are obvious sales channels and after-sales service barriers in the forklift industry.
